Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

For returns made after the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal period, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached and, where reasonably possible, returned in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing from within the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@granellilinen.se within the 14-day period.

You may examine the item as you would in a physical store. If the item has been handled more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and function, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund corresponding to any reduction in value.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item when exercising the right of withdrawal.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If an item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us at info@granellilinen.se as soon as possible and describe the issue.

Complaints regarding defective, damaged or incorrect items will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, colour or size, please return the item you have and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund.

When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, refunds will be made in accordance with applicable consumer legislation. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided proof that the item has been sent back.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

When the entire order is returned under the statutory right of withdrawal, the original standard delivery cost will also be refunded. Any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option will not be refunded.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.
